Houston’s newest full-service cigar shop and lounge recently opened in the heart of west Houston’s Energy Corridor. Cigar Towne is situated at the southeast corner of Eldridge and Enclave Parkway at 1127 Eldridge Parkway, Suite 500, Houston, Texas 77077.
The highlight of the shop is its large, walk-in humidor featuring a wide selection of premium world-class fine cigars. In addition, the shop offers a wide array of humidors, lighters, cutters as well as other fine accessories. Inside the humidor are 40 climate-controlled “you keep the key” cigar lockers available for rent.
The indoor smoking lounge utilizes the latest air filtration system and is furnished with plush leather seating and a 55-inch, flat screen television, making it an ideal venue for watching sporting events or simply relaxing with friends and colleagues. Smoking is also available on the patio.
Shop owners Cheryl Greenwald and Daniel Goodwin are fulfilling a long-time dream of opening a warm and inviting establishment where beginner as well as seasoned cigar aficionados can relax with a good cigar and network with other cigar lovers. Greenwald has over 10 years experience in the business and has extensively toured cigar plantations in Honduras, Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. Goodwin brings not only his affection and intimate knowledge of cigars, but also many years experience in the customer service industry.
“Our mission is to become the preferred destination for cigar aficionados in Houston,” said Greenwald. “Whether you are looking for a gift for the cigar lover in your life or want a place to relax, watch a game and enjoy a game of chess, our goal is to create a quality experience for our guests.”
The shop is open seven days a week – 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday; and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
